Delivery times may take longer than the above mentioned during busy festive periods or temporary government legislations such as COVID Lockdowns. 

Please note, it is the couriers responsibility to delivery the goods to you when the product is shipped as The Cloak does not control the courier's delivery time. Furthermore, for international customers, The Cloak do not have control of your country’s customs and the duration it may take customs to release the goods.

It is the customer's responsibilty to make sure the correct address is entered for their orders. Therefore, The Cloak will not be liable for customers inputting the wrong address. 

If customers are not present at the address specified to recieve their goods from the courier then the courier may;

a) leave the goods with a neighbour and leave a advise note in the post or

b) instructions/ guidance how customers can retrieve their goods from the nearest courier depot.  

Customs Duty / Import VAT for International Delivery

The Cloak or the courier do not apply fees for customs duty or import VAT as this is applied by the border force control of your country. Therefore, The Cloak will not be able to waive the customs duty or import VAT charges. Customers are encouraged to contact their border control force for more details.
